We are looking for trainees in the following fields: finance, purchasing and logistics.

 

What we offer?

Trainee program. Up to 10 months of real work experience closely mentored by Lear professionals. Period: Up to 750 hours/academic year on site from July 2025 to May 2026 (Lear Valls). 20 to 35 hours/week. Economic grant Possibility to join Lear at the end of the program, upon positive reviews and available job openings.

 

What we are looking for?

Students last year of: Business & administration. Degree in economics. Degree in finance and accounting. Double degree in Business Administration and managment and in Finance and Accounting Fluent English as main working language. Any other foreign languages will be a plus. Main competencies we will value are: Teamwork, results orientation, analysis capability, communication. skills, motivation, ability to adapt and interact with multicultural environments. Erasmus or International experience will be a plus.
