Value Stream Mapping Shop Floor Management Core Tools (AMEF AIAG-VDA, AIAG-VDA, PPAP, MSA, APQP, SPC,CP) Problem Solving 8D/ A3 Shainin Methology / Six Sigma (Green Belt) Lean Tools Materials Flow Knowlegde IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and 45001 CQMS QAD English Advanced Industrial Degree: GraduatedResponsabilities:
Coordinate problem solving process Eradicate or prevent defects in production lines Instruct active personnel (applicable levels) and new employees in the ZF PS methods that apply. Implementation, training and coaching of SFM (Shop Floor Management) at all applicable levels. Update of quality management system documents and procedures that apply to the area Coordinate all activities related to the execution of Continuous Improvement Workshops (Pre, during and post) Monitor plant indicators and participate in activities related to their improvement.What we offer:
