Job DescriptionKey consultant for the Plant employees for continuous improvement and lean implementation to optimize efficiency, increase productivity (e.g. OEE, less invest), quality (e.g. scrap, incidents, 0km PPM) and deliveries (e.g. freights).Define and execute the continuous improvement and lean concept and roadmap for the plant with inputs from CBS BA and TQM CBS center of excellence & drive the introduction together with CBS Coach and Plant Management.Facilitate Jishuken continuous improvement as a main task.Shopfloor management. Responsible for the full improvement of the line and the full potential of shift leaders and line leaders for the improvement.Responsible for the development of the lean and continuous improvement maturity of the plant.Perform Self-Assessments (regarding CBS & TPM topics) incl. follow- ups.Regular presence at Gemba, Observe if Gemba standard is properly executed.Implement and maintain the standards (as LSW, SW, Deviation Management, 5S, Jishuken, etc.), ensuring right behaviors.Drive the development of the plant in the direction of a Lean and Continuous Improvement organization towards achieving Operational Excellence.Analyze business / plant needs and CBS maturity together with the management and business partners to initiate and drive CBS projects.Support CBS competency management across the plant including onboarding orientation. Provides & supports CBS trainings customized to the target group within the plant.Facilitate CBS continuous improvement and lean trainingEnsure active participation of the plant in the CBS Network communities. Accumulate and communicate results and lessons learned. Use the best practice experience of the Network.Motivate employees for further CBS implementation in their area of responsibility.Escalate to Plant CBS Coach if the development of a Lean Culture in the pant is at risk.
