The Lean Leader will be responsible for leading the lean manufacturing strategy at a complex vertically integrated plant. This role will be accountable for planning and directing all aspects of the unit lean manufacturing and supply chain excellence strategies.
As a Lean Leader, you will be responsible for:
Developing operational plan for the manufacturing and improvement activitiesSuggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures of plant to ensure reliability, consistency and increased throughput on the production lineExchanging data and information interaction concerns also improvements in products, processes and proceduresHaving standardized manufacturing processes and define guidelines for choosing the right actionsManaging standardized manufacturing processes to define guidelines in order to choose the right actionsCo-ordinating and / or leading sessions / workouts with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelors in STEM or business discipline or equivalent experienceHave Six Sigma Green Belt certification as a minimumHave proven experience in manufacturing operationsHave very good communication and presentation skills to all levels of audience, leadership report out and trainings.Have good analytical, problem solving, and process improvement skillsHave the ability to influence others and lead small teamsBe able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impactHave the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
