**Country:** Thailand **Location:** 144/9 Moo 5, Bangkadi Industrial Park, Tivanon Road, Bangkadi, Muang, Pathumthani 12000 **Role Responsibilities:** + Lead Lean manufacturing and manufacturing engineering development + **Lead Lean initiatives** by facilitating Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and other to identify and eliminate waste in operations including any revisit plan. + **Train and educate employees on** Continuous improvement knowledge; i.e., requirement, tools (5S, root cause analysis,etc.) to foster a culture of continuous improvement. + Conduct regular assessments to evaluate operational performance against Carrier Excellence standards and identify improvement + **Monitor the lean/kanban performance** by keeping goals alignment (Site goal alignment, X –Matrix, Macro plan) and keeping the business result updated (Macro plan/Actual, Cx-Matrix score) **Minimum Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree of Industrial engineer + At least 2 years experiences in lean manufacturing + Good communication, negotiation and influencing skills + Good command of English **Carrier is An Equal** **Opportunity/Affirmative** **Action Employer.
