Job Summary
Under limited supervision, pack out foreman , oversee all operations of the pack out department including; maintain proper bins levels, production rates, food safety and quality standards,  and maintain sanitation in the department.  The pack out foreman must have additional knowledge of the plant flows for production, waste, and bulk rail/truck loading.

Essential Job FunctionsConducts job tasks with a positive, safe attitude, maintains a safe work record, and upholds all Food Safety requirements.Maintains a good attendance recordWork rotating shifts of various lengths including weekends and holidaysMaintains good communication with pack out department team and all plant personal.
