• Develop and execute leadership hiring strategies for VOIS European Locations, aligned with business goals and talent needs for the location.
• Conduct thorough assessments of candidates, considering both technical skills and cultural fit.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer acceptance. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations.
• Hiring Experience: Providing a smooth, respectful, and engaging hiring process for both hiring managers & high-level candidates.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 6 years’ experience in leadership recruitment, preferably in a multinational organization or search firm.
• Familiarity with executive search methodologies and tools.
• Ability to align recruitment efforts with business objectives and identifying leadership talent that aligns with the company’s long-term goals.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Staying updated on industry trends and executive talent availability.
• Effectively influence senior leaders to make well informed & strategic decisions about candidates.
