Role Purpose
This role is responsible for enabling the HSBC to attract and secure top-tier leadership - C-Level o Global Career Band (GCB) 0 to 3 - talent.
The role-holder will act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and will deliver high-impact talent solutions, to ensure high-quality hires who are able to contribute to the achievement of the bank’s strategic objectives.
Principle Accountabilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end hiring process of GCB3 level hires, including direct talent identification, sourcing, engagement, shortlisting and offer management.Lead complex GCB3 talent acquisition projects, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes. Experience and knowledge of talent acquisition within one or more of Corporate Institutional Banking, Consumer Banking and/or Wealth ManagementProven experience in delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions for leadership level roles, including direct external search execution, in fast paced environments, either in-house or in leading executive search or recruitment agencies.Experience in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire diverse talent.Extensive experience building and managing relationships with senior business leaders, acting as a trusted talent advisor to align talent acquisition efforts with business/organisational objectives.Required Capabilities
