Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning: Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies.Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to analyze business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.Strategic Support: Partner with senior leadership to evaluate new business opportunities, pricing strategies, and cost management initiatives.Mergers and Acquisitions: partner with M&A team to ensuring financial considerations are effectively integrated into the decision making process.Capital Deployment: including investment analysis, capital budgeting and resource allocation.Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial and operational performance.Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment with operational objectives.Risk Management: Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them while maximizing financial performance.Ad-hoc Projects: Lead special projects and analyses as needed to support the organization’s strategic initiatives.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning software is a plus.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.Why Lineage?
