Summary Functions as a leader of community health improvement efforts for community hospitals. Serves as a liaison between community organizations/partners, hospital management, and the Board. Carries out Parkview’s mission to improve the health in our communities in a fashion that creates synergy in order to accomplish our community health improvement goals and to build a community environment of overall good health and well-being. Responsible for a comprehensive assortment of community benefit duties as defined by the appropriate professional hospital associations, government requirements, hospital management, and hospital board members. Responsible for the Volunteer Program and Patient Advocacy. Also oversees and organizes efforts to improve the patient experience and coordinates, recruits, educates and oversees the volunteer base for the benefit of the respective hospital. Responsible for managing data and analysis and developing systems, strategies and education for clinical and non-clinical coworkers to support Service Excellence strategies.   Education Associate's degree in Public Health or a related field required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.   Experience Three to five years’ experience in healthcare and service excellence preferred.   Other Qualifications Must have a passion for helping others to change behaviors necessary to improve their overall well-being. Must have high attention to detail, strong communication and time management skills.
