Job Description:

Under the direction of the Executive Director of Outcomes, the Lead WOCN assumes an entry-level clinical leadership role, overseeing nursing care team operations while fulfilling the responsibilities outlined in the Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurse (WOCN) job description.This role is pivotal in coordinating unit-level activities that promote excellence in professional nursing practice, evidence-based care, and patient- and family-centered outcomes, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team as guided by the Executive Director.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in NursingCurrent RN license with the KBNWOCN Certification or obtain within two yearsTwo years job-related experience
