This\nposition will be primarily responsible for identifying, developing, managing,\nand growing Mega Projects Sales across Egypt & Africa. You will work with\nthe regional Leadership to set priorities and strategies for new business opportunities.\nYou will own the sales results. You will provide the strategic direction for\nBusiness Development including identifying projects, growing Mega Projects\npipeline across the region, opportunity planning and building long-term\nstrategic & executive relationships.

Key\nResponsibilities
Achieving the assigned Sales quotaExecute & maintain solid Account Management process for the assigned accountsDevelop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets, grow Mega projects business and expand market sharePrepare and present Sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to Senior Management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvementAnalyze market trends, provide competition assessment, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvementIdentifying growth opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives within Customer Business Team; including Business Development, Sales, Technical SalesTaking the ownership of business transformation & organic growth (Digital Transformation, Recurrent Revenue Software… etc.)Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships (build and maintain long-lasting relationships) with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales growth and meet business objectivesSupport the development of Projects pipeline, from identification through screening and validation of the opportunitiesDevelop Executive-Level Relationships within End Users, EPCs & Consultants PersonaCollaborate closely with BA & HBS Regional Sales teams to align sales initiatives and joint Go-to-market approachesFoster collaborative approach between Regional Sales Team & META Strategic Sales Group for the key VerticalsMaintain quality of pipeline, forecast, SBI within acceptable accuracy levelLead the efforts with consultants to shortlist & specify Honeywell Software Platforms & ProductsYou Must Have
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in either Engineering or Business Management8-10 years of Sales experience with successful track record in over-achieving assigned quotaSolid track record in Contracting / System Integration business salesDemonstrated understanding of Building Automation businessProven experience with Solutions Selling in complex environment (Enterprise, Government, General Contractors, Smart cities & Commercial Real Estate) with Building Management, Security & Fire Protection SolutionsExperienced in complex sales; including engaging early in the customer buying cycle at Senior levels, building long-term strategic and executive relationships; team selling and opportunity planningWe are an equal opportunity employer and\nvalue diversity at our company.
