The Technical support Engineer ensures Baker Hughes delivers flawless execution by providing Technical Support to the Service Delivery and Sales organizations when needed in pre-planning, job execution, and post job analysis.
As a Technical Support Engineer responsible for:
Ensuring compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) processBeing Subject Matter Expert for their area of supportProviding Support the field technically through different media ( online , phone calls and technical papers)Providing 24/7 Support for Critical Operations in the field when needed Sharing the knowledge across the organization by submitting best practices, case histories & lessons learned to the knowledge management databaseFollowing up on field failures that requires Technology involvement and ensure that the learning is shared across the fieldRaising an alert across the Service Delivery organization whenever an unfamiliar technical issues arises on a jobCoaching other technical resources in their area of expertiseCommunicating to Engineering and Technology organization on issues and lessons learned related to different technologiesperforming PL specific responsibilitiesHandling special projects as required.

Have Bachelor’s degree in EngineeringHave Minimum 5 years experience in Technical Support in Cementing Have Displays initiative, is self-driven & flexibleHave Strong analytical and problem solving skillsHave Ability to develop and mentor othersHave Availability on call outside of normal business hoursHave Good communication skillsWorking with us
