As a Lead Technical Sales Specialist, you will generate business opportunities, consult with customers, and collaborate with internal cross functional teams. You will observe and interpret trends from sales and market intelligence to develop strategies for new business and expand existing businesses.
As a Lead Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Technical staff originating sales by positioning Baker Hughes technology and identifying the best technical and commercial solution. Promote the business value proposition of Baker Hughes technology. Works in close cooperation with regional and area sales, account sales and commercial and technical proposal staff.Primary focus on Business Development for the assigned customer accounts for Completions and Interventions (CWI) Product line.Identify Leads and Support of Completions, Measurements and Intervention (CIM) Business Segment Opportunities in the assigned accounts.Managing customer relationship and acquires in depth understanding of customer applicationsManaging the sales of diverse portfolio of products and services in Upper, Lower and Intelligent Completions; Wellbore Intervention and Liner Hangers.Leads the strategy and implementation of Account Plan for the assigned customer base.Contributing to Prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity. Working on the basis of predefined contracts price frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from prices and conditions.Handling diverse clients in a region.Handling important clients for a product line. Leads a department with Medium to High sized estimated orders.Handles local focus on Medium-High size territoryFuel your passion
