Direct and execute analysis and due diligence for new business opportunities, leading to recommendations. Design and lead strategic projects based on hypotheses and frameworks, pushing beyond analytics & research. Support the execution of actionable plans coming from projects. Align and lead senior teams through ambiguity in a complex organizational matrix, providing project management support to cross-functional teams, including coordinating process milestones and deliverables. Collaborate with various teams throughout the business to prepare annual and quarterly reviews, strategic retreats and workshops.
