**Description** **Seeking Full-Time Certified Lead Teacher for Therapeutic Girls Middle/High School** **Starting Salary:** $55,146.00/year + Additional Compensation for higher certification levels **Schedule: M-F 8-5pm** **Job Summary:** Plan and implement educational instruction and services in accordance with GA Dept of Education and as required by each student's Individual Education Program (IEP) Perform supervisory duties that promote teacher growth and development Hold administrative responsibilities that enhance compliance with quality improvement goals. Additional duties as assigned. **Schedule:** Teachers follow a modified district calendar. Our teachers work additional days during Fall and Winter Breaks, as well as 15 days during May/June for Summer Enrichment. One note of difference is during inclement weather, our staff are expected to report to work (keeping in mind safety), while some districts may have either Virtual Learning or School Closure.
