As a Lead Solutions Analyst in Commercial and Investment Banking - Payments Technology team, you will play a central role in driving the success of our technical program delivery. Your deep understanding of applications, platforms, and products will position you as a key bridge between product owners, business, operations, and software developers.  Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related fieldDemonstrated expertise in data analysis and data application, including hands-on experience with major data visualization platformExpertise in Banking Payment Domain (Clearing, Faster Payment, P2P payments etc.) and Mobile Payment Domain (Wallet Payment, Payment through Partner or Gateway) is must.Advanced knowledge of data analytics techniques, with experience in developing and interpreting models, diagrams, and data-driven insightsProven ability to apply technical fluency in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies to drive innovative solutionsStrong track record of leading through change, navigating ambiguous situations, and managing dependencies in complex projects
