Job Responsibilities :

1. Lead software development projects, ensuring standards and best
practices.
2. Manage and mentor software developers, providing guidance and
reviews.
3. Develop and implement strategies, policies, and best practices for
development.
4. Collaborate with teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
5. Oversee the software development lifecycle from planning to
maintenance.
6. Ensure timely and successful delivery of software projects.
7. Monitor progress and address issues or risks that arise.
8. Drive initiatives to improve development processes and team
productivity.

Education Requirement :

B.Tech / B.E (CS, IT, ECE), MBA preferred

Experience Requirement :

9 - 15 years

Skills & Competencies :

1. Demonstrate proficiency in multiple programming languages and
frameworks.
2. Utilize experience with software development tools and platforms.
3. Apply in-depth knowledge of version control and configuration
management.
4. Familiarize with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
5. Manage projects and multiple priorities with strong skills.
