As a Lead Software Developer on the LoadRunner team at OpenText, you will play a key role in developing scalable, high-performance software solutions. Your expertise in C++ and .NET Core will drive innovation, ensuring our products remain cutting-edge in performance engineering. What the role offers

 

End-to-end development ownership – from analysis and design to implementation and testing.Work with C++ and .NET Core to develop and enhance next-generation products.Solve complex challenges in multi-threaded applications, networking, and distributed systems.Collaborate with global R&D and non-R&D teams, ensuring seamless communication.Maintain high execution standards, delivering robust and scalable solutions.

 

What you need to succeed

 

6+ years of software development experience with strong C++ expertise.Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, multi-threading, and design patterns.Experience with HTTP(S), WebSockets, Web Services, GRPC, Protobuf, and Kafka.Familiarity with Wireshark, WinDbg, ProcMon (nice to have).Experience with Linux environments and Agile development (Scrum/Kanban).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with adaptability to new technologies.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with a growth mindset.Experience with test-driven development and frameworks like JUnit and Selenium.Ability to manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with precision.
