Role description:

Arcadis is seeking a Lead Scheduler to join our Mobility Global Business Area. As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for the complex analysis and review of project schedules and other documentation, utilizing Primavera P6 or similar software, and generating reports and presentations for client meetings.

Role accountabilities:

In this role you will develop monthly general contractor schedule reviews and reports, develop and manage the master schedule for the program needs and reporting, and develop and update bi-weekly reports & analytics. You will be responsible for updating schedules, identifying risks, and creating accurate forecast schedules, participating in project risk reviews, performing schedule qualitative and quantitative analysis, and developing/maintaining/monitoring risk register. You will identify scheduling issues, capture impacts and delays to schedules and recommend mitigation/recovery schedules. You will be expected to attend meetings and advise clients of construction progress and any related cost implications, develop potential recovery plans for time and cost, and write and develop technical reports, charts & graphs to support and present analyses. You will also review and analyze construction claims and provide opinions, advice and reports on contractual entitlement and quantification of damages suitable for use in dispute resolution proceedings including negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation. Additionally, you will determine reasonable schedule logic, duration and constraints based on interactive planning sessions with the project team.

Qualifications & Experience:

Required Experience 

Minimum 10 years of “hands-on” Primavera P6 or similar schedule experience Managing design projects Managing construction projects Knowledge in engineering and construction work process and activity sequence Understanding and application of Critical Path Analysis

 Preferred Experience 

Experience in transportation and transit projects including Major Projects, P3s and APDs Experience with RFI’s  Experience with the RFQ process from the Owners perspective  Experience using and understanding Earned Value progress Experience in Using Time Impact Analysis Experience in Program Management  Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Project Rolling Wave Schedule Technique

The salary range for this position is $89,000 - $134,000. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
