Our Completions & Well Intervention business provides intelligent connected technologies to monitor and control our energy extraction assets. Our Sales team worked in partnership with our business partners to build loyalty and develop sales growth. This role is responsible for activities and processes that help the CWI sales organization achieve business objectives. Also responsible for developing midterm vision on own function.
As a Lead Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:
· Achieving and/or exceeding qualified opportunity quotas to ensure sales objectives.
· Promoting new products and solutions through customer education and internal training
· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support proposals, identify sales opportunities and develop strategies for business growth
· Developing and implementing strategic sales plans for the introduction of new product business and to win new midstream customers
· Building long-term strategic relationships with key customers and markets to develop partnerships and opportunities

To be successful in this role you will:
· Have Bachelor from an accredited school
· Have experience of leading and developing business strategy and planning for success in Completions & Well Intervention
· Have excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate highly technical information in a clear and concise manner
· Demonstrate the ability to manage and execute multiple customer projects to successful completion
· Be fluent in verbal and written English and Chinese
