Removery was formed in 2019 through a merge of the four leading tattoo removal brands in North America. The underlying businesses have operated a combination of 20+ years and have performed more than 1.3 million treatments, enabling us to offer clients an unrivaled treatment experience. Based in Austin, TX, Removery is the only scaled, pure play provider of laser tattoo removal services in the world. We use best in class technology utilizing the innovative PicoWay® laser equipment to remove tattoos safely and effectively. The foundation is in place to build a network of 400+ locations across the US, Canada, and Australia over the next 5 years.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a self-motivated, empathetic, and client-focused Lead Sales Consultant in our studio to provide client education and a five-star experience through the consultative sales process. This position will report to a Regional Manager and work closely with an in-studio Laser Specialist to provide a holistic client experience.  The professional we’re looking for is comfortable with repetitive tasks and finds building client relationships is the most rewarding part of their job. Working as part of a small team, they understand that it comes with a greater responsibility to be reliable and punctual. They are easy to get along with and respectful of others.

Our expert marketing and contact center team provide warm leads and scheduled consultations. We also ask that you showcase excitement around community outreach to generate as much interest in our service as possible! From there, your primary responsibilities include delivering a warm, engaging consultative experience to our clients, educating on the tattoo removal process from start to finish, working in partnership with our Laser Specialists, and other administrative-related tasks required for business operations. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct consultations and drive sales through consultative selling of new clients and upselling current clientsClose sales by building rapport and educating clients on the laser tattoo removal processDemonstrate ethical sales practices and showcase the value of our approach, service, and protocolsCommunicate realistic removal expectations and treatment outcomesMake tattoo removal easy and accessible to our clients while instilling confidence through expert knowledge of the treatment process and package optionsMaster all Removery financing options and be able to clearly articulate those options to our clientsPartnering with the studio’s Laser Specialist as part of consultation process, as necessary; Consistently practicing warm client handoff to Laser SpecialistBeing a positive member of the team by contributing to team cultureMaintain detailed client records – both new, future potential, and referral clientsManage follow up process in partnership with our contact center and marketing teams by communicating with clients who have expressed an interest in tattoo removal or fadingLead your studio’s team in understanding of KPIs, monthly targets, and reporting to ensure goals are consistently set, monitored, and exceededHigh level self-accountability in fostering a positive studio culture and team dynamics.Administrative tasks such as greeting clients by name, answering phones, responding to emails, and handling client payments.Manage bookings in collaboration with our Contact CenterEnsure client satisfaction by delivering superior customer serviceCommunity networking and outreach in collaboration with our Marketing team, to inform the public of our service offerings and promotional opportunitiesBuild loyal referral relationships with tattoo artists, businesses, and clientsParticipate in brand-wide updates as well as regular regional team calls and meetingsRepresent the company brand, mission, and cultureTake pride in the physical workspace which includes studio stewardship and cleanlinessPreserve visual and merchandising brand standardsConduct inventory to ensure adequate products, promotional materials, branding on-hand to exceed customer expectationsAdditional responsibilities, as required for the success of the brand

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Passionate about helping people and building relationshipsEnthusiastic about the tattoo and tattoo removal industry and our brandProven track record in negotiation and overcoming objections in a consultative environmentAwareness this is not ‘just a job’ but an opportunity to make an impact in a positive and meaningful way for our clients while they embrace their tattoo removal journey2-5 years of B2C selling experience preferredExcellent consultative sales experience in a retail, MedSpa or similar setting preferredComfortable, confident, and competent in conducting client consultations and selling our servicesMotivated by a quota-driven environment and bonus opportunitiesSelf-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit and continued growth mindsetOutstanding communication and a strong capability to identify and solve problems independently. Excellent interpersonal skills.
