The primary objective of the Lead Customer Service Agent I is to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, accurate order preparation, timely shipments, and problem resolution. The position is given responsibilities related to specific divisional processes and order controls. This position will allow the associate to be trained to support multiple processes involved in Order Management.

What You Will Do:
· Operate out of SAP CRM and ECC systems to troubleshoot and drive error resolution for order controls and backorder management
· Maintain a positive, professional manner with Ecolab customers as well as internal and external partners
· Process order errors, delivery blocks and backorder inquiries
· Provide prompt and accurate follow-up actions to inquiries and issues
Position Details:
· Work Shift M - F 8:30 AM - 5 PM CST
· Remote/Hybrid/Onsite
Minimum Qualifications:
· High school diploma, or equivalent
· 1+ years in North America Customer Service successfully completing order entry/order processing experience using SAP EBS system
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Excellent attendance & punctuality record
· Ability to be enthusiastic, professional, and courteous
· Outstanding demonstrated problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and computer skills
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
· Knowledge of Ecolab's policies and procedures
· Attention to details, excellent organizational and time management skills
· Proven ability to resolve problems independently and take appropriate action in a timely manner
