Lead Quality Engineer
**About The Role:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Test Lead to oversee the testing strategy and execution for Salesforce applications within our organization. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing the overall quality assurance process, ensuring the functionality, performance, and reliability of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations. You will lead a team of testers and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all Salesforce solutions meet business requirements and are fully optimized for end users **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead a high-performance team of Quality Engineers focused on CRM testing, automation, and integration. * Define and implement testing best practices, automation frameworks, and quality metrics. * Establish and maintain a test strategy covering functional, regression, integration, and end to end testing * Implement automation frameworks for CRM modules, including customer data, workflows, and reporting * Ensure end-to-end system validation across CRM integrations (ERP, marketing tools, data warehouses, etc.) * Collaborate closely with product management, development, and operations teams to define quality requirements, address risks, and ensure alignment on project goals. * Advocate for and implement automated testing practices, ensuring effective use of testing tools and frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage. * Define quality metrics and KPIs, analyze data to identify trends, and provide regular reports to senior management on quality performance and improvement opportunities. * Identify potential quality risks early in the development process and work with teams to implement appropriate mitigation strategies. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team and across the organization to enhance software quality and testing processes. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. **Skills and Qualifications Preferred:** * Strong experience in Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Financial Services Cloud, etc.). * Hands-on experience testing Salesforce UI, Apex classes, triggers, workflows, and integrations * Knowledge of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data management tools * Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar frameworks. * Automate API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI. * Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) for continuous testing * Strong understanding of software development life cycles, Agile and Scrum methodologies, best practices in quality assurance, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and experience in a fast-paced, agile development environment **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. * Min of 8+ years of QA experience with at least 5+ years in Salesforce testing & QA leadership * Proven ability to lead teams and drive quality improvements. **Why Join Us?** * Work in a dynamic and innovative environment with a talented team. * Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement. * Comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary. * Be part of a company that values quality, collaboration, and continuous learning.
