Key Qualifications:

Advanced proficiency in Java for test automation with Selenium WebDriver. Expertise in API testing using Rest Assured. Strong experience with Python for automation scripting in TestComplete. Hands-on experience with SaaS tools like Applitools for visual testing and TestGrid for mobile test automation. Good experience with CI/CD/CT pipelines, including GitHub Copilot and various QA tools. Leadership and mentoring experience, with the ability to guide junior team members. Hands-on experience in maintaining automation infrastructure (e.g., Jenkins). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement in QA practices. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of automation strategy development and execution.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with AI/ML applications in test automation for intelligent test generation and defect categorization. Familiarity in Observability tools like Grafana. Familiarity with open-source and commercial QA tools.
