As a Lead Project Management Specialist - Installation, you will be responsible for:

Planning and monitoring installation projects to accomplish its goals within constraints such as Time, cost and agreed quality standards.Managing project site activities to ensure schedule, quality requirements.Develop nurture and maintain a strong relationship with client personnel. In this regard, weekly calls with customer, meetings at site, sharing weekly reports with customer.Managing Yearly and Quarterly Sales/Revenues plan for site supervision services, CM review, Time sheets and T&L expenses collection, On-time billing, change order and invoices collection.  Planning on Primavera P6 for Field Service Engineers in alignment with customer plan/request, managing the mobilization of Field Service Engineers and their technical briefing.Managing of Services Request for Non-Conformity effectively and on a timely manner.Keeping Installation RealTrack up to date on a weekly basis.Managing General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors and consultants.being Responsible for the project’s commitment to quality and HSE standards.Developing a year plan for its own department. Is involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working.Contributing to plan of larger unit and communicating across direct organization.Presenting to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.Following frameworks to get through the processes.

To be Successful in this role you will:

Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.Have minimum 2-5 years of experience in Project Management.Have Preferred experience in Installation for rotating equipment.Have fluency in Arabic and English.Have work authorization in Saudi.
