Our Government Services team is hiring a Lead Program Manager, where you will play a critical role in the successful delivery and optimization of value realization strategies for the VA’s Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program. This role is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and oversight of the VITAL program that align with client objectives, improve outcomes, and drive measurable impact for the VA’s healthcare transformation. This position requires expertise in program management, stakeholder engagement, and healthcare system optimization. Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams to ensure the seamless integration of value-driven approaches into the EHRM program. Define program milestones, and deliverables, to measure and achieve desired outcomes. Drive collaboration across service lines to integrate value realization into broader program initiatives. Ensure transparent communication of program progress, challenges, and successes to all stakeholders. Ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting deliverables across the EHRM program. 

Qualifications-

Familiarity with VA operations, healthcare delivery, and/or federal reporting requirements Certification or experience in project management (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) Government security clearance will be required Due to the client contract, you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
