Lead Program Coordinator

Working in collaboration with the Quality RN Manager, the Lead Program Coordinator functions as support for compliance with accreditation standards.  Under the general supervision of the Director of Clinical Operations at the Kadlec Tri Cities Cancer Center, the position manages functions to prepare the local Ministry continuum to meet external standards for accreditation

Required Qualifications:

within 1 year of hire: CSHA (Certified Specialist in Healthcare Accreditation). 3 years Experience in an outpatient oncology facility. 2 years Experience working with accreditation standards. 5 years Oncology experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Nursing or Healthcare related field. Or equivalent educ/experience. Equivalent of 5 years of Oncology experience. upon hire: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
