Title and Summary
Lead - Product Manager TechnicalProgram OverviewThe “Data Access” platforms ensure the customers rights to Data Privacy and support how Mastercard responds to customers’ requests to exercise their rights. (E.g., content of responses, timing, etc).
Customers have the following data access Rights which applies to Mastercard as a controller:
•\tRight to have a copy of all personal data we have about them
•\tRight to ask for a correction(update) to their personal data
•\tRight to ask for a deletion of their personal data (right to erasure)
•\tRight to port their personal data to another company in a structured machine-readable format
•\tRight to restrict processing of their personal data (segregate data – so that we don’t use it for any purpose other than permitted under the GDPR)
All the above rights are subject to various exceptions and conditions and therefore a request from an individual must be reviewed by the Privacy Team.

Role and Responsibilities -
•\tUsing the Working Backwards method, decomposes business requirements and customer experiences into features and functions that drive the platform/product roadmap.
•\tWorks with Technical Program Managers, Developers, UX designers, and internal customers to define the details behind the business requirements.
•\tDetail, Collect and share user stories with engineering teams.
•\tIdentifies gaps and charters new platform capabilities as required
•\tIdentifies innovations or performs test and learn experiments to create features that add more business and customer value for a platform product
•\tParticipates with the business in research to inform platform product feature needs
•\tContributes near-term input (quarterly) for the platform product portfolio and roadmap
•\tExhibits expertise within platform feature area and coordinates with interdependent teams
•\tDigests business requirements (user stories, use cases) and platform requirements for a platform feature set
•\tHas visibility into the design of the user experience
•\tDetermines release goals for the platform and prioritizes assigned features according to business and platform value, adjusting throughout implementation as needed
•\tContinuously monitors feature development at the feature level
•\tReviews product demo with the development team against acceptance criteria for the feature set
•\tIdentifies issues that will keep the platform features from delivering on time and/or with the desired requirements and communicates to leadership
•\tSupports and participates in post-release reviews and ensures feedback is reincorporated into the feature
•\tWorks with internal teams and business operations to identify, classify, and prioritize feature-level issues
•\tDevelops and implements new metrics into measurement techniques; works with development teams to develop reports to monitor them
•\tIndependently identifies and researches anomalous performance; escalates findings to senior management
•\tCoordinates internal forums to collect and identify feature-level development opportunities
•\tOwns and manages product documentation; enables self-service support and/or works to reduce overhead
•\tIdentifies feature risks from business and Product Owners feedback & in-depth analysis of operational performance and share with senior leadership
•\tMentoring team members

All About You
•\t10 years in Technical Product Management
•\tAny development experience
•\tExperience in product, program, or service management with technology.
•\tExperience with organizing and coordinating customer activities with product development roadmaps.
•\tExperience with defining and organizing customer objectives, goals, strategies and metrics.
•\tExperience with defining hypothesis statements and experiments.
•\tExperience with facilitating technical and non-technical virtual workshops, trainings and/or problem-solving meetings.
•\tExperience with converting customer use cases into actionable and testable backlog and owning prioritization.
•\tUnderstands the technologies, architecture design and features that support customer jobs to be done and are able to contribute to technical discussions, decisions and strategy related to a product.
•\tExperience completing end-to-end delivery of software changes or customer onboarding experience that focuses on learning outcomes and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
•\tDemonstrated solid judgment and effective communication skills. Ability to see the big picture, while navigating technology and customer development decisions and trade-offs.
•\tStrong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
•\tProven track record for contributing to the team’s agility and flow through experiments that focus on simplification
Education (preferred): Bachelor's degree Computer Science (or related discipline)
