Lead Process Expert (Lean Six Sigma, Black Belt)
Lead Process Expert (Lean Six Sigma, Black Belt) Job Description What is the job about? In this position you will support the implementation of BPM* best practices (*Business Process Management) across Grundfos, focusing on selected value streams, one at a time. You will drive process standardisation, support process improvement teams, and enable scalability of BPM practices for the selected value stream. Your main responsibilities: • Coach and support process owners and process managers in establishing a scalable BPM framework including building BPM capabilities. • Support the creation and maintenance of comprehensive process documentation. • Guide Green Belts to lead improvement teams to achieve impactful results. • Act as a bridge between the Grundfos Business System program management team (GBS office) and the process owners and process managers. • Collaborate with the GBS office to develop and deliver robust training, communications, and scalable solutions for long-term process excellence. • Standardize processes for the selected value stream, including defined performance metrics. • Facilitate the identification and removal of inefficiencies and variations in processes. • Lead data-driven root cause analysis and recommend sustainable improvements. • Ensure that the improvements get embedded into daily operations to ensure lasting results. Your background We imagine that you have: • Proven experience in implementing BPM frameworks, preferably in a complex, global organisation. • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • Systems and process way of thinking • Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement • Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills • Capacity for strategic planning and operational execution • Experience in using statistical analysis and process improvement tools • Preferably experience in global BPM implementation for value streams • Preferably knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry-specific standards.
