Fluor Perth are seeking a Principal (Lead) planner to lead a team of planners and ensure Fluor’s planning expertise is relayed on Primavera P6 for our Clients projects. This lead role requires advanced planning and schedule prowess from a prolonged planning career that incorporates knowledge across types of industries (Mining, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas etc) and major Client bases, both nationally and locally.
The purpose of this position is to plan and execute the Project Controls requirements of the project, leading the Planning discipline but supporting Cost and project Delivery functions.
This role is responsible for providing technical and administrative direction, coordination, evaluation, training, and coaching to a team of Project Controls specialists in the Planning Discipline. This position serves as Principal / Lead on medium and large-sized projects. Acting as a key resource on a project team, the role will require collaboration at all levels, including: client representatives, Fluor management and functional/project delivery leads.
