We are looking looking for an accountable Lead Project Management Office resource with overall 5-7 years of experience for US Delivery– Customer Account Management Team.
Job OverviewAs a Lead Project Management Office at Zycus play a critical role to ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the organization by establishing and maintaining project management standards, practices, and guidelines. The Lead PMO professional provides structure, support, and monitoring to project teams and stakeholders, ensuring that projects align with strategic objectives, are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget..
Key Responsibilities: Assure that project & program governance is in place, monitor adherence to the methodology, support Account Managers in all PMO aspects and ensure that the delivery lifecycle is adhered to. Be a management representative and execute to the management guidelines through continuous intervention, execution and management reporting, including escalations to management by challenging As-Is process and able to draft, suggest and layout strategic plans which helps benefit Customer Account Management Team Work with internal stakeholders and key leadership managements in all aspects of governance and PnL accounting, revenue, opportunities and Customer handling and management of key metrics like NPS, CSAT, SLA, Account Retention, etc. for the department Perform PMO tasks supporting the Client Delivery department change activities for client Accounts. Assist in the day-to-day collation of data and reporting for departmental activities such as capacity planning, resource management, forecasting, project planning, etc. Deliver high quality reporting to project stakeholder’s senior management and clients, as needed Create project plans against each program/ initiative on weekly/monthly basis and track its status till closure, highlighting risks and gaps by efficiently coordinating with multiple internal and cross department functional teams Manage the onboarding and off boarding process for staff joining or leaving the Team. Achieve continuous improvement in operational and process performance, proactively detecting process related problems or gaps, conducting diagnostics, and making recommendations for resolution/closing identified gaps. Coordinate all project resource training including design, notification, tracking, and verification of required courses and their completion. Hands on & configuration to design ability on various performance, daily operations tracking tools/ software and ready to apply and learn to implement new tools and drive adoption for same in the department Ability to drive automation to reduce manual tasks by introduction and evaluation of new software tools by coordinating with Vendors and proposing the same for department use as needed.
