Pharmacists must be a graduate of an Accreditation Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE) accredited school or university. + Proven knowledge, skills, and abilities associated with professional pharmacy practice; + Effective interpersonal communication skills with coworkers and staff; + Basic typing skills, PC computer skills, working knowledge of MS Office; + Shall read, understand, speak, and write English fluently under the authority of U.S.C. 402(d) and 7407(d); + Capable of obtaining VetPro certification, which is a credentialing system that is required of all VHA licensed, registered and certified health care providers (Pharmacists who are licensed but have been subjected to disciplinary action of any type by their licensing authority within the preceding five years must be referred to MbM management before proceeding with the hiring action). + Demonstrated experience in administrative/records management to assist with maintaining required records on staff background investigations, training and reporting. + Demonstrated managerial experience with good inter-personal skills to effectively interact with peers, and the ability to direct work assignments for other contracted staff.
