About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled specialist to join our team to take on the primary responsibility of managing Executive Onboarding. This role requires expertise in a wide range of onboarding knowledge regarding processes, procedures, and systems. The candidate will analyze information to problem-solve in creative and effective ways and will be a key contributor in the experience of newly hired Executives. They may function as a lead while still performing the work supervised, without formal management responsibilities. In addition to Executive Onboarding, they will support onboarding operations for North America as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Management: Oversee the onboarding process for new executives, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company. Communication: Exchange complex, sensitive, or advanced technical information, ask questions, and check for understanding with executives and team members. Problem Solving: Analyze information to solve ongoing problems and complete complex tasks in creative and effective ways. Guidance: Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments, while receiving and applying guidance from managers or more senior team members when necessary. Knowledge Building: Develop and contribute to the creation of new procedures and methods within the area of expertise. Team Contribution: Often act as a team leader, providing day-to-day supervision to a team, coordinating activities, and checking quality and work progress. Cross-Functional Coordination: Use knowledge of how the team integrates with other teams to coordinate efforts and resources to achieve shared objectives. Flexibility: Adapt to changing priorities and the needs of individual executives. Resource Utilization: Quickly utilize resources when needed, leveraging a baseline understanding of the onboarding experience at UKG.About You
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services. Onboarding experience is preferred. Skilled in working with HCM technology Prior Experience of working in a case management tool Proficient in MS suite of products – Word, Excel, Powerpoint Confident in delivering presentations to individuals or a group of senior leadersPreferred Qualifications:
Working in a global environment Ability to analyze information to solve ongoing problems and complete complex tasks in creative and effective ways Quickly utilize resources when needed, leveraging an understanding of the onboarding experience at UKG. The pay range for this position is $26.50 /hr to $36/hr, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
