Position Summary
We are seeking a Lead. Pega Architect with 12 to 14 years of experience in Pega technologies and domain expertise in Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management to join Cognizant at a Senior Manager level. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing developing and implementing Pega-based solutions to drive business success. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of Pega Platform and related technologies ensuring seamless integration and user experience, and the ability to lead medium sized Pega design and development project teams across every stage of the software development lifecycle.
Roles And Responsibilities
+ Lead the design and architecture of Pega-based solutions to meet business requirements.
+ Oversee the development and implementation of Pega applications ensuring high performance and scalability.
+ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams fostering a collaborative environment.
+ Ensure seamless integration of Pega applications with existing systems and data sources.
+ Develop and maintain Pega reports to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
+ Enhance user experience by designing intuitive and efficient Pega interfaces.
+ Implement Pega Mobility solutions to support mobile access and functionality.
+ Manage Pega Case Management to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
+ Utilize Pega Decision Hub to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize business outcomes.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
+ Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
+ Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends to continuously improve solutions.
Qualifications
+ Possess a high level of certification in Pega, including a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification
+ Possess extensive experience in Pega Reporting Pega Platform and Pega Application Development.
+ Demonstrate expertise in Pega Data and Integration to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
+ Have a strong understanding of Pega User Experience to design user-friendly interfaces.
+ Show proficiency in Pega Mobility to support mobile access and functionality.
+ Exhibit knowledge in Pega Case Management to streamline business processes.
+ Utilize Pega Decision Hub to drive data-driven decision-making.
+ Have domain expertise in Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management.
+ Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
+ Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
+ Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest Pega technologies.
+ Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality Pega solutions on time and within budget.
