Responsibilities The Lead Patient Service Representative is the internal and external first point of contact in response to patient and clinic issues. Coordinates the day-to-day operations at the front desk. Oversees patient flow to ensure patient wait times are minimized. Acts as the point of contact for patient complaints and assists in resolving the issue in collaboration with the clinic manager. The Lead Patient Service Representative assures that the delivery of high quality, cost efficient care that support the UT Health primary care model. Qualifications Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications: Experience posting payments and charge entry 2 years’ recent experience in a clinic or healthcare setting
