ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\n
\n\nLead, Coach, Train and Assist other Associates on general tasks related to the following:\nReceive, security screen, count and verify all incoming parcels, freight, etc. \u2219\nLog all incoming items, letters and packages, including certified, registered, return receipt, Federal Express, UPS and DHL.\nDistribution of packages and mail in a campus environment.\nDeliver packages to departments and cubicles using P.D.A system to scan and sign for packages. \u2219\nMake timely collections of outgoing packages to be shipped via FedEx, UPS & DHL, and U.S.P.S mail to be metered via postage machine. \u2219\nWork on a fast pace line processing, sorting, and staging packages for delivery.\nPerform daily printer checks & place service calls as needed. \u2219\nAssist Facilities with tickets assigned to me or other facilities employees.\nHelp address various tasks from breakdown and set up of conference rooms, checking and maintaining mechanical rooms and equipment.\nAssisting employees with issues dealing with desks, chairs or lockers.\nGeneral maintenance of building interior and breakroom areas, changing lighting and or fixtures, plumbing repairs, maintenance and installations.\nPerforming facilities safety inspections.\nMaintaining tools and equipment in clean safe working order.\nRotating \"on call\" 7 days every 3rd week with other coworkers making sure to be available during that time for any call from security pertaining to the building and or issues needing attention outside of business hours.\nEscort & monitor outside vendors temporarily working on-site.\n\n
Qualifications:\n
\n\n\n
Minimum 4-5 years Customer Service Experience.\n\n\n
Minimum 2-4 years Shipping Experience.\n\n\n
Provide monthly reporting of all tasks supported or completed by the team.\n\n\n
The ability to handle multiple projects at one time & effectively work individually or in a team environment.\n\n\n
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.\n\n\n
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. policy.\n\n\n
Keyboarding and Windows environment. 1-3 years' experience with Google applications.\n\n\n
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.\n\n\n
Attention to detail.\n\n\n
Ability to meet employer's attendance policies.\n
