How you’ll spend your day

 

As a key player in Teva's strategic transformation, you will work closely with senior business leaders and regional teams to drive and execute high-impact projects across the EU. Your day will be dynamic and varied, filled with opportunities to:

 

Act as key enabler and lead specific work streams of the Commercial transformation program. Support business owners with analytical insights. Drive planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and keep team accountable for timely delivery. Be a proactive project manager and ensure fast pace and high traction. Takes personal responsibility for transformation project effectiveness. Develop models and independently Conduct analytical assessments. Lead and drive change in a fast-pace environment leveraging his/her strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence different level of leaders across the organization. Ability to support several complex strategic projects at various stages simultaneously and accountable for the execution and overall success of the project, ensuring embedding of a continuous improvement culture within the organization. Serve as the critical resource and subject matter expert in the evaluation and selection of inorganic and organic new business ideas. Support due diligence projects from development of the business cases perspective. Your experience and qualifications

 

We're looking for someone who brings a strong blend of strategy, leadership, and transformation experience, with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. You will have:

 

A Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or an MBA, with a deep understanding of the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector. Previous experience of a minimum of 3 years in FMCG/Pharmaceutical leadership roles or 3-5 years (Associate Level) of experience in top tier management consulting. Proven success in driving transformation initiatives, with strong expertise in managing complex, cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders (C-level). Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and create actionable insights. Intermediate Finance/Controlling knowledge preferable. Experience in developing and presenting appropriate strategies and solutions. A collaborative, team-oriented approach, with the ability to navigate and succeed in a multicultural environment. Fluency in English is required, and any additional European languages are a plus. A willingness to travel (approximately 40%) to various regions across Europe.
