The Lead Provider is a liaison and facilitator between CareWell/ClearChoiceMD Urgent Care and our center Providers to ensure consistent patient care, mentorship and continuity within our mutual Hospital partnerships, in addition to the normal duties of a medical provider in an Urgent Care setting. This position reports to the Chief Medical Officer; Mid-Level Providers (Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants) would report to the Lead Provider.
The Lead Provider will be assigned the following locations: Berlin, VT - Brattleboro, VT -
North Adams, MA - Rutland, VT - South Burlington, VT - Williston, VT
Expected Hours of Work: (2) 12-hour clinical shifts and an estimated 12 hours of administrative duties weekly

Salary Base Pay, Hourly Rate Additional ShiftsRVU Incentive PlanCME Dollars Outstanding Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with Company Match 4%Company Paid Basic Life Insurance & Short Term DisabilityPaid Time Off Scrub Allowance and many moreA typical day in the life of a Lead Provider - tasks include, but not limited to: Collaborate with the Practice Manager/Regional Manager to establish and maintain local center needs, assist in addressing Provider questions & concerns as they relate to clinical matters and bring them to appropriate partners (i.e., HR, CMO), and along with the Chief Medical Officer - disseminate all clinical protocols/training modules to ProvidersConduct weekly meetings and charting auditsAssist with recruitment, training, and mentorship of new Providers in the partnering centers/regionOptimize the overall financial performance of the center consistent with:Obtaining and maintaining the highest level of patient satisfaction in the centerIncreased patient volumeAssuring timely charting completeness within the centerAssisting the Practice Manager in reviewing patient complaints as they pertain to clinical concernsStaff retention and overall Provider job satisfactionAttend scheduled ClearChoiceMD/CareWell Urgent Care Provider meetings to disseminate information to the other Providers in the center/regionMaintains confidentiality of all patient and employee information to all except the other designated employees
Education & Experience: Medical Provider (MD, DO, PA-C, APRN)Proven experience in Leadership and/or Administrative roleExperience as a Provider in Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care Credentialed to see patients of all ages Active DEA license with no restrictions Current DOT certification or ability to become certified
Our Urgent Care centers operate (7) days per week from 8:00am to 8:00pm
