Walmart's Walton Family Whole Health and Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, has an exciting new opportunity for a Lead Membership Experience Specialist in Bentonville, AR. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new membership sales and retention through excellent customer service, relationship building and continued process improvement. **_Hours for this position are Monday-Friday from 12pm-9pm, along with rotating weekends._** Key point of contact for the community and members at the client's Health and Wellness Center. Responsible for providing assistance and service to clients by answering requests, process, and provide information on membership accounts and services offered. Key Accountabilities + Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing members via face-to-face service, phone, text, and email communication. Building lasting relationships with prospective and current members. + Meeting sales goals and generating leads through prospect, networking, and member referrals. + Promoting and attending facility social events. + Serving as facility ambassador to local businesses, corporations and community members. + Provide leadership presence on the floor to assist with issues that may arise and provide coverage when manager isn’t available. + Conduct tours of the facility and assist members with account changes and requests. + Other duties as needed/assigned. Minimum Requirements + Available to work M-F from 12pm-9pm and rotating weekends. + High School Diploma/GED. + Adult/Child CPR/AED/First Aid certification. + 1-2 years previous sales/customer experience. + Exceptional interpersonal skills. + Highly motivated and communicates effectively. + Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required. + Basic computer skills (word, excel, etc.). + Passionate about helping others improve the quality of their lives. + Able and willing to listen to feedback and apply it moving forward. + Adult and Child/Infant CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, National Safety Council, or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
