As the Lead Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing advanced mechanical systems for their AI-driven hair braiding solutions. You will lead a team of talented engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and user experience. 
Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Industry Knowledge: Experience in personal care product manufacturing or related industries is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), and experience with mechanical design and analysis tools.
