Our Endpoint Engineering team is seeking an experienced Mac Engineer to join our team and contribute to daily operations, troubleshooting, and scalability of the Mac environment at CoStar Group.

This position is located in Washington, DC or Richmond, VA and offers a hybrid schedule of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and operation of a large enterprise Apple deployment for MacOS.Assist as needed supporting iPhones, iPads, and other Apple devices in a Windows environment.Design and implement a MacOS X end point management systemWork with the CoStar Cybersecurity team to understand security guidance and issues and help implement security solutions across all Apple devices within the enterpriseTrain service desk team in troubleshooting techniques and procedures and help build an online knowledge baseTroubleshoot advanced OS X problems in Desktop Environment.Design custom OS X image creation process, packaging of line of business and security tools, support Enterprise Rollout of Security and Productivity Software automation using end-point solutions and GPOs, hardware platform evaluation and configuration.

Basic Qualifications

 Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited, not for profit university or college.A track record of commitment to prior employers4+ years of hands-on experience supporting OS X as an Administrator with high proficiency in the administration of MacOSExpert in enterprise management of large scale MacOS deployments using MDM management tools such as Jamf, MaaS360, WorkSpace One, Intune or Apple Mobile Device ManagementWorking knowledge of IAM and SSO tools such as AzureAD, PingID, OneLogin, Zscaler and OktaIndustry best practice knowledge of OS X image setup, automation and deploymentExperience with implementing security profiles and tools against OSX including hardening and securing the Mac operating system and deploying various security tools and agents

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to provide solutions to complex problems.Excellent communication skills both written and oral. Ability to write concise and detailed documentation. Strong customer service focus and excellent interpersonal skills.Apple certifications (Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), Apple Certified Technical Coordinator (ACTC), Apple Certified System Administrator (ACSA), Apple Certified Specialist (ACS) a plus.Apple Device Enrollment Program experience a plus.
