In this role, you will:

Support the Loan Documentation team in reviewing, documenting, closing, and disbursing loansReview the most complex legal, appraisal, and title informationPrepare loan documentation, coordinate loan closings, and initiate loan disbursementsMonitor the loan disbursement processPerform or guide others on complex loans that require planning, evaluation, and interpretationEnsure compliance with company's policies and proceduresIdentify and mitigate Loan Documentation risks in accomplishing business goalsPrioritize work and provide day to day work leadership and mentorship to the Loan Documentation teamProvide guidance and subject matter expertise to the immediate Loan Documentation team on generating loans, as well as technical and legal guidance within matters related to loan documentation


Required Qualifications:

6+ years of customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

Experience working in AFS, Loan IQ (LIQ), E-Trac, nCino and ICMPExperience working in CIB, Middle Market, and or CBOPrior experience in reviewing commercial loan documentationAbility to interact with all levels of an organization, including managementExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAdvanced Microsoft Office skillsLeadership skills including coaching, training, and mentoringAbility to motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environmentProven organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills, as well as the ability to influence and negotiateProven analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently and/or as a member of a high-performance team against aggressive deadlinesAptitude for navigating mainframe applications
