The Lead - Java Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. This role requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, a passion for coding, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
We are looking for: Lead Java Full Stack Developer
You’ll make a difference by:
1. Software Development:
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and other technologies.Develop front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular/React.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Knowledge of Unit test frameworks like Junit, Mockito, Jasmine, JestKnowledge of SQL, Spring Boot, ORM tools like HPA/Hibernate, Rabbit MQ/Kafka, Redis, Microservices, API, Gateway, Restful, Spring SecurityKnowledge of tools like Maven, GIT, Docker2. Technical Leadership:
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.3. Project Management:
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Estimate timelines and manage deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time.4. Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.You’ll win us over by:
1. Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.7+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Java and full stack development.2. Technical Skills:
Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and related technologies.Strong experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular/React.Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL.Experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture.Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.3. Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Good to have:
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.Make your mark in our exciting world at Siemens.
