We’re united by purpose, inspired by you. **About the role** We are looking for an experienced Lead All-Source Intelligence Analyst to join our Cyber Defense Fusion Center’s Intelligence Operations team. Our mission is to provide decision-makers with intelligence-driven insights to enhance both the technical and physical security of our environments. The ideal candidate will have depth and breadth of expertise in analyzing current events, threat actors, campaigns, and TTPs (tactics, techniques, and procedures) in both physical and cyber domains, along with knowledge of related disciplines. This role involves synthesizing information, identifying patterns, and assessing impacts on our enterprise. The candidate will solve complex issues and use analytical thinking to identify innovative solutions. Responsibilities include collecting and centralizing relevant intelligence sources, developing and disseminating threat intelligence, and engaging with cross-functional teams to support our critical business needs. The candidate should possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, experience in applying structured analytic techniques, and excellent writing and communication abilities. They will work independently, receiving guidance only in the most complex situations, and lead projects or initiatives, serving as a resource for the team and coordinating activities. Additionally, the candidate should understand internal and external business challenges and apply best practices to improve products, processes, or services. **Responsibilities:** + Gather and centralize intelligence from various sources related to current events, threat actors, campaigns, and TTPs (tactics, techniques, and procedures) in both physical and cyber domains. + Develop and disseminate comprehensive threat intelligence reports and briefings to enhance the security of our environments. + Synthesize information, identify patterns, and assess the potential impact on the enterprise, working independently with minimal guidance. + Engage with cross-functional teams to understand their intelligence needs and provide relevant insights, acting as a key point-of-contact. + Continuously improve intelligence processes by integrating new sources of information and refining analytic techniques. + Apply structured analytic techniques to enhance the quality and accuracy of intelligence assessments, solving moderately complex issues. + Participate in team meetings and discussions to share findings and collaborate on intelligence projects, providing guidance to less experienced colleagues. + Maintain and update intelligence databases and tools to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. + Identify and track emerging threats and vulnerabilities that could impact the organization, using a variety of alternatives to develop solutions. + Prepare and deliver detailed and sensitive intelligence briefings to internal stakeholders, working collaboratively to build consensus. **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of 6 years of professional experience. + 5-7 years of relevant analytic experience in Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Investigations, Law Enforcement, Data Forensics, or Information Security fields. + Depth and breadth of expertise in intelligence analysis; recognized as a technical expert in the field. + Understands internal/external business challenges and regulatory factors affecting intelligence operations; applies best practices to improve intelligence products, processes, or services. + Leads intelligence projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity; may coordinate team activities and tasks. + Works independently with guidance only in complex situations; informally mentors other analysts based on expertise. + Solves complex intelligence issues with innovative solutions; navigates information and relationships to achieve actionable insights. + Impacts team objectives; develops policies, procedures, and techniques for intelligence operations; executes major programs influencing the sub-function. + Communicates complex intelligence concepts, anticipates objections, and influences others; acts as an advisor to stakeholders and customers. **Ideal Skills:** + Analytical Thinking: Expertise in synthesizing information, identifying patterns, and assessing potential impacts on the enterprise. Experience in applying structured analytic techniques to enhance intelligence assessments. + Threat Intelligence Tools: Proficiency with advanced threat intelligence tools and open-source intelligence resources/techniques. + Cross-Functional Engagement: Ability to engage with cross-functional teams, understand their intelligence needs, and provide relevant insights.
