Job Responsibilities :

1. Oversee information security projects, ensuring standards and
collaboration.
2. Develop and implement security strategies, policies, and procedures.
3. Manage security analysts, offering guidance, mentorship, and reviews.
4. Oversee operations including monitoring, incident response, and
management.
5. Collaborate with teams to secure systems, networks, and data.
6. Conduct assessments and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry
standards.
8. Develop and deliver security awareness training for employees.
9. Prepare and present security reports to senior leadership.
10. Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and legal
requirements.
11. Conduct audits and reviews to maintain compliance and improve.
12. Manage and mitigate security risks through proactive practices.
13. Promote a culture of security awareness and responsibility.

Education Requirement :

B.Tech / B.E (CS, IT, ECE), MBA preferred

Experience Requirement :

9 - 15 years

Skills & Competencies :

1. Strong leadership and project management skills.
2. Extensive experience in information security.
3. In-depth knowledge of network security, application security, and
data protection.
4. Experience with regulatory compliance and data protection standards
such as GDPR, HIPAA.
5. Expertise in incident response, security monitoring, and
vulnerability management.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
7. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
8. Advanced knowledge of information security tools and methodologies.
