Lead II - Oracle HCM & Financials Support Analyst

Must Have:

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in a support role within Oracle ERP Fusion environments. Experience with Oracle HCM & Finance modules, including HR Operations, Compensation and Benefits, Performance and Talent Management, Recruitment, General Accounting, Expenses, Receivables, Fixed Assets, SLA, Cash Management, Procurement, Tax, Tools, and Fusion Accounting Hub. Proven experience in supporting and delivering Oracle Cloud applications. Experience with SQL Server or Oracle back-end databases. Knowledge of MS Windows architecture and its integration into a corporate environment. Experience in Agile methodology. Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud. Familiarity with Windows AD Groups and Role-Based Security.

Technical Skills:

Ability to provide 1st and 2nd line support, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues. Ownership of incidents, ensuring effective resolution, including coordination with 3rd line support or change activities. Experience in system health checks, proactive maintenance, and performance KPI monitoring. Ability to implement application configuration settings into the Production environment.

Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Enjoys technical and analytical work. Strong communication skills, particularly in maintaining active business communication during issue resolution. Good to Have: Experience working in an environment where part or all of the application support is offshore. Familiarity with creating and managing change requests and documenting solutions. Experience using knowledge management tools like Confluence and SharePoint. Experience in continuous support improvement and process enhancements. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a support environment. Location Experience: Regional Coverage: Experience supporting systems and business user queries across Asia, Europe, UK, and the US. Ability to handle regional systems and global systems issues based out of the London office. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Oracle HCM and Financials systems across multiple regions. Own the resolution of incidents, including coordination with the Corporate Agile team and external 3rd party vendors. Monitor production environment processes, job schedules, capacity, and performance KPIs. Share knowledge and update the knowledge base with detailed support documentation. Drive continuous support improvement and monitor support issues to reduce incidents. Work with the Support Capability Lead to ensure SLA adherence and service excellence. Implement application configuration changes and ensure a smooth production environment.
