Job Title: Infor M3 SCM Production Support Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Infor M3 SCM Production Support Resource to provide ongoing support and ensure the smooth operation of the Infor M3 SCM modules, such as Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, etc., within a production environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving issues, monitoring system performance, and ensuring continuous improvements in business processes, helping to optimize the organization's supply chain operations.

Skills and experience:

• 5+ Years of Experience with Infor M3 SCM modules such as Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management etc.

• Strong understanding of supply chain management processes, including inventory management, procurement, order fulfillment, and logistics.

• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues within Infor M3 SCM systems in a live production environment.

• Familiarity with M3 architecture, including M3 Business Engine (BE), M3 client, and Infor M3 database.

• Knowledge of M3 reporting tools

• SQL skills for running queries, analyzing data, and troubleshooting issues.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support requests effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with business users, IT teams, and vendors.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on root cause analysis and long-term solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Production Support & Issue Resolution: Provide daily support for Infor M3 SCM modules, including troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by business users. Ensure the SCM processes function smoothly with minimal disruptions.

• Incident & Problem Management: Manage and prioritize incidents or support tickets related to the Infor M3 SCM system. Collaborate with IT teams to resolve issues and escalate critical issues when needed to ensure business continuity.

• Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose long-term solutions to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.

• System Monitoring: Continuously monitor Infor M3 SCM modules for issues, performance bottlenecks, and transaction errors. Proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact business operations.

• Testing & Deployment: Assist with testing system updates, patches, or enhancements to ensure minimal disruption to production processes. Support deployment activities to move changes to production.

• Configuration Support: Help configure and maintain business processes and workflows within the Infor M3 SCM system. Assist in system setups, configurations, and parameterization to support evolving business requirements.

• Change Management: Participate in change management processes, ensuring that all changes to the system (e.g., patches, upgrades) are properly tested and documented, and implemented without disruption to business processes.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation related to system configurations, processes, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements within the Infor M3 SCM modules. Suggest and implement improvements that help streamline operations, reduce manual intervention, and improve system performance.

• Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work with other teams (IT, business, vendors) to ensure Infor M3 SCM integrates well with other business applications and systems (e.g., ERP, WMS).
