Description: The Technical Lead will design and develop technical solutions for IT-related projects. Responsibilities include defining technical requirements, making recommendations, managing and mentoring a team, and ensuring deliverables meet customer expectations. The role involves working closely with a Product Owner to document and validate requirements, manage risks, and address technical obstacles. Required Skills: + Experience with large-scale projects and day-to-day operational requests. + Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools. + Provide technical direction and hands-on leadership throughout the development lifecycle. + Mentor team members and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. + Advocate for Agile, DevOps, or CI/CD methodologies. + Hands-on coding experience with Java 8+. + 8+ years in developing multi-tier enterprise applications using Java EE and Spring. + 5+ years in developing web and enterprise applications using Java EE technology stack. + Experience with SOA architecture, RESTful web services, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MariaDB/MySQL, Kafka, BPM, ECM, ESB/API gateway, and event streaming platforms. + Experience with testing frameworks like Junit, Mockito, Cucumber, Jasmine, and Karma. + Knowledge of functional and object-oriented programming paradigms. + Strong knowledge in source control, build tools, and CI/CD processes. Soft Skills: + Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. + Ability to work with minimal supervision. + Team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of empathy. + Experience working in fast-paced development teams following Agile/Scrum methodologies. + Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: + This position is not available for corp-to-corp arrangements. + Candidates must be open to a hybrid work schedule in Burbank, CA, with two days a week in the office.
