Job Description
You will join a global team of Finance Business Partners supporting both product development, solution & marketing and operations across the Industry division in Grundfos, supported by a strong financial analyst team. Your business stakeholders will be the VP of Product Development and our product management teams, all of which are located in Denmark, Bjerringbro.
**What is the job about?**
As Finance Business Partner for product development in Grundfos Industry division you take end to end accountability for the financial partnering towards the Product Development leadership team and bridge key decisions and perspectives towards Solution & Marketing and Operations. Furthermore, you deliver on business cases for development projects, financial management, productivity programs and performance management.
Your main responsibilities:
+ Act as a key strategic sparring partner and finance one-point-of contact towards the Product Development leadership team in Grundfos Industry.
+ Bridge perspectives between Product Management, Product Development and Operations across Grundfos Industry.
+ Create business cases for all development projects / early-stage ventures in Grundfos Industry.
+ Financial management of the Product Development budget in Grundfos Industry.
+ Develop, implement and drive performance metrics across the full R&D area in Grundfos Industry.
**Your background**
With exceptional problem-solving skills and a knack for creative thinking, you bring extensive experience in financial and performance management. Your strong project and change management abilities are complemented by a solid foundation in accounting. You also possess a proactive mindset, enabling you to work independently while maintaining a high level of ambition and a genuine desire to continuously learn and grow.
We imagine that you have:
+ Master’s degree in finance or other relevant.
+ Experience working within accounting.
+ High level of strategic thinking and experience in partnering with executives.
+ Fluency in English.
+ Excellent communication skills.
